Microsoft が提供する Microsoft 365 のサービス正常性（TM408882）にて、Microsoft Teams の会議で、一部のユーザーが他のユーザーのビデオフィードを表示できないことがある SI（サービスインシデント）が発生しています。

本事象が発生している場合、一部のユーザーは会議開始時に自分のビデオの共有を行うことができない場合があります。

なお、いったんカメラを OFF に変更し、再度、ON にするか、ウィンドウのサイズを変更することで回避できます。

現在、修正プログラムの展開を開始しており、2022 年 8 月 9 日（火）までに展開が完了する予定となっています。

この問題は、最新のビルド内のコードの問題がビデオのレンダリングを開始するために必要なビデオレイアウトロジックに影響し、発生している事象になります。
