Microsoft が提供する Microsoft 365 のサービス正常性（TM291011）にて、ユーザーが 3 rd Party 製の仮想化デスクトップアプリケーション内で Microsoft Teams クライアントアプリを経由してユーザーにメッセージを送信すると空白のチャットウィンドウが表示される SI（サービスインシデント）が発生していることを発表しています。

なお、内部テストの結果、設定の変更により影響が緩和されたことが確認されています。

※ 影響を完全に緩和するためには、ユーザーは Microsoft Teams クライアントアプリのの再起動を行う必要があります

サポートチケットより問い合わせている管理者ユーザーは、上記操作にて改善した場合、サポートに連絡して問題が解決されたことを報告してください。

本事象は、チャットアプリのインフラストラクチャーの最適化を目的としたアップデートにより互換性の問題が含まれていたために発生していた問題になります。

We’re monitoring the impacted service and testing with affected users to verify that this additional mitigation action has successfully remediated impact.
Additionally, users will need to manually restart their Microsoft Teams desktop client to alleviate impact in full.
