【Microsoft Teams】iOS 13 以前の iOS のサポート終了へ【MC280286】

Microsoft が提供する Microsoft 365 のメッセージセンター（MC280286）にて、iOS 13 以前の iOS での Microsoft Teams のサポートが終了します。

なお、iOS 13 以前のサポートの終了は、2021 年 11 月上旬（以前は、2021 年 10 月上旬）に開始し、2021 年 11 月中旬（以前は、2021 年 10 月中旬）までに完了する完了する予定となっています。

Microsoft Teams とは？

Microsoft Teams は、 Microsoft 365 だけでなく、Microsoft Word や Microsoft Excel などでお馴染みの
家庭向け Microsoft 365 Personal に含まれる Microsoft の提供するコラボレーションツールになります。

iOS 13 以前の iOS での Microsoft Teams のサポートが終了します。

iOS 13 以前の iOS を利用しているユーザーは iOS 14 以降へのアップデートをオススメします。

また、1 年以上前のバージョンの Microsoft Teams を利用している場合も最新バージョンへのアップデートをオススメします。

iOS 13 以前のサポートの終了は、2021 年 11 月上旬（以前は、2021 年 10 月上旬）に開始し、2021 年 11 月中旬（以前は、2021 年 10 月中旬）までに完了する完了する予定となっています。

なお、2021 年 11 月以降は、iOS 13 以下でのアプリケーションのアップデートは行えなくなります。

また、2021 年 11 月以前にインストールされたバージョンは引き続き利用は行えますが最新の機能などは利用できないため最新バージョンへのアップデートをオススメします。

メッセージの概要

Updated August 31, 2021: We have updated the timeline below. Thank you for your patience.

We will be retiring the Teams mobile support on iOS version 13 and below.

Instead we recommend that users upgrade to newer iOS builds, which is where we will continue to invest our development resources.

We will also begin encouraging users to update to the newest version of Teams if they’re running builds older than 1 year.

Key points

Timing : The retirement will begin in early November (previously early October) and is expected to complete by mid-November (previously mid-October).
Action : Instead of using iOS 13 or below, we recommend updating to OS versions 14 and above.

You are receiving this message because one or more users in your organization might be using iOS mobile devices that are running on version 13 or lower.

Starting November you will not receive app updates on iOS 13 and below, however versions installed before November will continue to work on these devices.

We recommend everyone to update to latest OS and app versions for best experience.
