Microsoft が提供する Microsoft 365 のサービス正常性(EX394836)にて、一部のユーザーが Exchange Online のパブリック フォルダー内にサブ フォルダーの作成が行えない SI(サービス インシデント)が発生していることを発表しています。

本事象の影響を受けているユーザーでは、以下のエラー メッセージが表示されます。

“フォルダーを作成できません。”

現在、本事象のモニタリングと一部の影響を受けたユーザーからの確認により、大半のユーザーで問題なくパブリック フォルダー内にサブ フォルダーの作成が行えるようになっています。

なお、影響がある環境全体に修正が展開されるまでは他ユーザーへの影響が続く可能性があります。

修正プログラムの明確な展開完了予定日についての公開は困難ではありますが、現在も展開状況をモニタリングしており、次回の定期更新で進捗状況をお知らせする予定です。

この問題は、一部のパブリック フォルダーの操作における権限チェックの処理方法を変更した結果、パブリック フォルダー内のサブ フォルダー作成要求に対する権限付与に失敗することがあることにより発生している問題になります。

  • Other users, however, may experience continued impact as the fix saturates throughout all affected environments.
