Microsoft が提供する Microsoft 365 のメッセージセンター（MC261530）にて、Microsoft Teams の会議中に送信されたチャットが会議参加者の画面にチャットが表示される “チャットバブル” 機能を 2021 年 7 月中旬から 2021 年 7 月下旬までに展開することが発表されています。

Microsoft Teams は、 Microsoft 365 だけでなく、Microsoft Word や Microsoft Excel などでお馴染みの
家庭向け Microsoft 365 Personal に含まれる Microsoft の提供するコラボレーションツールになります。

Microsoft Teams の会議中に送信されたチャットが会議参加者の画面にチャットが表示される “チャットバブル” 機能が 2021 年 7 月中旬から 2021 年 7 月下旬にかけて展開予定となっています。

なお、この機能はデフォルトでオンになっていますが、ユーザーは会議中にチャットバブルを非表示にすることもできます。

そのため、会議を送信する受信者またはユーザー配布リストの数を減らす必要があるので注意しましょう。

メッセージの概要

Previously, Teams users needed to manually open a chat window to view the chat screen.

Now thanks to this new feature, chats sent during a Teams meeting will surface on the screens of all meeting participants, making the chat more central to the conversation.
