【トラブルシューティング】グループ通話に複数のデバイスから接続しようとすると断続的に失敗する SI（サービスインシデント）が発生【TM302406】

Microsoft が提供する Microsoft 365 のサービス正常性（TM302406）にて、Microsoft Teams のグループ通話に複数のデバイスから参加できない SI（サービスインシデント）が発生しています。

本事象が発生しているユーザーでは、Microsoft Teams デスクトップクライアントを利用してグループ通話に接続している際に、モバイルデバイスなどの異なる方法で接続しようとすると断続的に失敗する問題になります。

なお、PSTN（Public Switched Telephone Network）を経由して接続するか、単一のデバイスのみで利用することで回避が可能な問題になります。

現在は、影響を受ける環境への修正プログラムの展開を開始しており、2021 年 11 月 10 日（金）の展開完了後に影響を確認する予定とのことです。

なお、修正プログラムの展開に伴い、一部のユーザーでは本事象の改善がみられている可能性があるとのことです。

※ 2021 年 12 月 10 日（金）に修正プログラムの展開が完了し、影響が解消される見込みとのことです。

この問題は、最近のエンドポイントの通信処理の効率化を目的としたグループ通話 API のアップデートにより、互換性の問題が発生し、エンドポイントの転送に断続的に失敗することで発生している問題とのことです。

Users can circumvent this issue by connecting through a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) or only leveraging a single device.
・Current status : We’ve begun deployment of the fix to the affected environment.
We anticipate the deployment will complete on Friday, November 10, 2021, after which we’ll monitor to ensure impact is remediated.
Some users may begin to experience relief as the fix progresses.
