Microsoft が提供する Microsoft 365 のサービス正常性（SV302438）にて、Microsoft Stream の一部のグループおよびビデオにアクセスできない SI（サービス インシデント）が発生しています。
本事象が発生しているユーザーが、Microsoft Stream 上のビデオを表示しようとすると、”Hmm…It seems you don’t have access.” または、”Failed to load video. The authenticated user is not authorized to access this resource.” というエラー メッセージが表示されます。
また、グループにアクセスしようとすると “Sorry, this group didn’t load. It looks like you don’t have permission to see this group.” というエラー メッセージが表示されます。
現在はグループ メンバーシップの権限に関する設定をもとに戻す作業を完了し、問題が解決したことを確認しているとのことです。
なお、この問題はグループ メンバーシップの権限に関する設定を強化するためのアップデートにより、特定の属性が有効なグループ メンバーシップを認識するサービスの機能が誤って阻害されていたことにより発生していた事象になります。
今後は、同様の影響が発生しないようにアップデートにより特定の属性を持つグループ メンバーシップを認識する機能が阻害された要因の調査を継続するとのことです。
