Microsoft が提供する Microsoft 365 のサービス正常性（TM288514）にて、一部のユーザーが Microsoft Teams のグループチャットの [ファイル] タブ内でファイルが表示できないことのある問題が発生していることを発表しています。

この問題は、Microsoft Teams のグループチャットで共有されている最近行われたファイルを統括しているインフラの移行により発生していたとのこと。

なお、すでにこの移行を戻し、影響を受けていたユーザーにて改善していることを確認しているとのことです。

※ この問題は、日本国内にホストされているユーザーに限定されている模様とのこと。

Microsoft 365 のサービス正常性（TM288514）にて、一部のユーザーが Microsoft Teams のグループチャットの [ファイル] タブ内でファイルが表示できないことのある問題が発生していることを発表しています。

・More info : Users were still able to see attachments in the Chat tab of group chats.
・Final status : We’ve identified a recent migration in the affected infrastructure, responsible for files shared in Microsoft Teams group chats, caused users to not see files within the Files tab of group chats.
We’ve reverted this migration and confirmed mitigation after testing with a previously impacted user.
・Scope of impact : Impact was specific to users who were served through the affected infrastructure hosted in Japan.

・End time : Friday, October 1, 2021, 4:40 PM (7:40 AM UTC)
・Root cause: A recent migration in the infrastructure, responsible for files shared in Microsoft Teams group chats, caused users to not see files within the Files tab of group chats.
・Next steps : – We’re reviewing our migration procedures to find ways to prevent this problem from happening again.
