Microsoft が提供する Microsoft 365 のサービス正常性（SP291527）にて、一部の管理者がクラシック UI の左サイドメニューから SharePoint 管理センターにアクセスできないことがある問題が発生していることを発表しています。

この問題の影響を受けているユーザーは、該当の SharePoint Online のサイトをモダン UI からアクセスした場合、回避することができます。

または、事象が発生している該当の管理者ユーザーにて SharePoint 管理センターに URL を入力し、直接アクセスすることでも回避が可能です。

テナント名が、”contoso” の場合は、以下になります。

例：https://contoso-admin/_layouts/15/online/AdminHome.aspx#/settings/NewPortalAsDefault

なお、この問題はプライベートプレビュー機能を利用している組織の管理者にて影響を受けている問題であることが判明していたため、問題のコード部分を無効にすることで緩和されたとのこと。

今後は、SharePoint 管理センターのアップデート手順を見直し、開発およびテストサイクル中に同様の問題をより適切に特定できるようにするとのことです。
