Microsoft が提供する Microsoft 365 のサービス正常性（OD289670）にて、最近更新された UPN（メールアドレス）を持つユーザーが、Office.com 上から該当ユーザーの OneDrive for Business にアクセスが行えないことがある事象が発生していることを発表しています。

この問題は、2021 年 9 月 18 日～ 2021 年 10 月 2 日の間に UPN（メールアドレス）を更新したユーザーで発生している特有のものとなり、該当ユーザーが OneDrive for Business にアクセスを行おうとすると “404 not found” というエラーメッセージが表示されます。

この問題の根本的な問題を解決するためのコードの最適化を行っていますが、影響を受けるユーザーへの影響を軽減するために追加で操作を行う必要がある場合があります。

上記の場合は、該当ユーザーは直接 OneDrive for Business の URL（https://-my.sharepoint.com/personal/_）にアクセスする必要があります。

テナント名が “contoso”、UPN（メールアドレス）が user@contoso.onmicrosoft.com の場合は以下になります。

・User Impact : Users with recently updated UPNs are unable to access their OneDrive for Business content from Office.com.
・More info : Impact is specific to users whose User Principal Names (UPNs) changed between September 18, 2021, through October 2, 2021.
Users will see a “404 not found’ error.
Users can self-mitigate this issue by navigating to their direct OneDrive for Business URL.
・Final status : As previously communicated, we’ve applied a code fix to resolve the underlying issue; however, additional action may be required to mitigate impact for affected users.
To self-mitigate this issue, users need to access the OneDrive for Business service through their direct tenant URL.

Users will see a “404 note found’ error.
Users are able to access their OneDrive for Business content, and can self-mitigate this issue, by using their direct OneDrive for Business URL.
・Current status : We’ve identified a recent change made to correct the OneDrive for Business URL caching infrastructure unexpectedly resulted in impact.
We’ve applied a code fix to resolve the underlying problem and prevent additional users from impact, however, users whose UPNs were updated between September 18, 2021, and October 2, 2021, are unable to access their OneDrive for Business content through Office.com.
This issue can be self-mitigated by navigating to users’ OneDrive for Business account through a direct OneDrive for Business link.
