本事象の影響を受けたユーザーはトランスクリプトの生成を再試行するか、手動でアップロードすることで回避できる可能性があります。

現在は、修正プログラムの展開後に数日間にわたってサービスのモニタリングを実施した結果、本事象の影響が改善したことを確認しています。

今後はメディア分析システムを見直し、新たなリクエストの処理が困難となった要因を把握し、今後、同様の影響の再発防止に役立てます。

この問題は、メディア分析システムで動画にトランスクリプトを実行するための新しいリクエストの処理を行えないことにより発生していた問題になります。

なお、以下の Microsoft Stream（on SharePoint）でトランスクリプトを実行しようとする一部のユーザーに断続的に影響する可能性がある問題になります。
