Microsoft が提供する Microsoft 365 のサービス正常性(EX421831)にて、macOS のユーザーが Outlook for Mac デスクトップ クライアントで PW(パスワード)の入力が繰り返し求められる可能性があるアドバイザリが発行されていました。

なお、本事象は主にトルコ語が影響を受けていたことが確認されていますが、英語以外の言語にも影響があった可能性があります。

そのため、一時的に主要言語を英語に設定するか、Outlook on the web を利用することでな回避策することができました。

現在は、最新バージョンの Outlook for Mac がリリースされたことにより、社内およびユーザー テストで、本事象が解決していることを確認しています。

今後は、影響が発生した URL 言語変換コードの検証を継続し、根本的な原因の把握と同様の事象の問題の防止に努めるとのことです。

  • ・More info: As a result of impact, users may have been unable to access their mailbox. While most reports of the issue indicated that Turkish was the predominantly impacted language, the problem could have also impacted other languages outside of English.
