Microsoft が提供する Microsoft 365 のサービス正常性（EX283613）にて、ユーザーが、任意の接続方法を利用して Exchange Online にサインインするときにエラーが発生することがある SI（サービス インシデント）を発表しています。
なお、すでにサーバーへの負荷を軽減するために影響を受けるインフラストラクチャーの一部の再起動を行いつつ、影響を受けるインフラストラクチャーの設定を無効にし、サーバーの負荷分散を実施しているとのこと。
