ユーザーへの影響:Users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services.

Microsoft 365 のサービス正常性(MO502273)にて、複数の Microsoft 365 サービスにアクセスできない場合がある SI(サービス インシデント)が発生していました。

現時点で、以下のサービスに影響していますが、これらに限定されるものではありません。

  • – Microsoft Teams
  • – Exchange Online
  • – Outlook
  • – SharePoint Online
  • – OneDrive for Business
  • – Microsoft Graph
  • – Microsoft 365 管理センター
  • – Power BI
  • – Microsoft Intune
  • – Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps、Identity、Endpoint

なお、アクセスが行えるユーザーにおいてもサービス内のパフォーマンスが低下している可能性があります。

現在は、モニタリングの結果、影響を受けていたサービスの大部分が復旧し、安定した状態を維持していることを確認しました。

なお、Outlook on the web(OWA)上からアクセスした場合の Exchange Online への影響については、サービス正常性の “EX502694” にて引き続き調査を行っています。

この問題は、WAN(Wide Area Networking)のルーティング変更により、該当するインフラストラクチャー内のユーザーが複数の Microsoft 365 サービスにアクセスが行えなくなった問題になります。

  • ・Final status : We’ve confirmed, after a period of monitoring, that the majority of impacted services have been recovered and remain stable.
  • We’re investigating some potential impact to the Exchange Online Service when connecting through Outlook on the web.
