Microsoft が提供する Microsoft 365 のサービス正常性（MO290334）にて、2021 年 10 月 1 日以降に 管理者が Microsoft 365 管理センターから [レポート] – [利用状況] を確認した際にレポートに遅延が発生していた問題を発表しています。

なお、現在は DLL（ダイナミック リンク ライブラリ）の競合を修正することで上流のデータ ソースが復元され、本事象が確認しているとのことです。

※ この問題は、最近のコード変更により DLL（ダイナミック リンク ライブラリ）の競合が発生し、上流のデータ ソースに予期せぬ遅延が発生したために最新のデータの確認が行えなくなっていたとのことです。

今後は同様の影響を防ぐために DLL（ダイナミック リンク ライブラリ）衝突が発生した原因と展開前に同様の問題を検出するための検証手順の改善を検討するとのことです。
