Microsoft が提供する Microsoft 365 のサービス正常性（MO293125）にて、一部の管理者が Microsoft 365 Suite 内の Microsoft 365 利用状況レポートにアクセスが行えないことがある問題が発生していたことを発表しています。
なお、影響を受けるレポートは以下になります。
- ・Microsoft 365 管理センターの利用状況レポート
- ・Graph API の利用状況レポート
- ・Power BI の利用状況レポート
なお、現在は修正プログラムの展開により影響を受ける管理者のデータを再同期することで本事象が改善していることを確認しているとのことです。
この問題は、Microsoft 365 管理センターの利用状況レポートの同期を用意するために設計されたプロセッサーが、許容可能なパフォーマンスのしきい値を下回っていたことにより発生していたとのことです。
また、ヨーロッパや中東、アフリカにホストされている影響を受けたインフラストラクチャーを経由してサービスを利用していた管理者にて発生していたとのこと。
今後は、Microsoft 365 管理センターの利用状況レポートの同期コンポーネントと機能を見直し、同様の影響を迅速に特定して防止するためのオプションを検討しているとのことです。

Microsoft 365 のサービス正常性（MO293125）にて、一部の管理者が Microsoft 365 Suite 内の Microsoft 365 利用状況レポートにアクセスが行えないことがある問題が発生していたことを発表しています。
