Microsoft が提供する Microsoft 365 のサービス正常性(MO289250)にて、ユーザーが Outlook on the web(OWA) にアクセスが行えない場合や Microsoft 365 サービスの一部の機能を利用できない可能性がある問題が発生していることを発表しています。

この問題により以下のシナリオがユーザーに影響する可能性があります。

  • ・ユーザーが、Outlook on the web(OWA)にアクセスできない場合があります。
  • Exchange OnlineMicrosoft TeamsSharePoint Online 内での検索機能が利用できない場合があります。
  • Exchange OnlineMicrosoft Teams に関する eDiscovery のデータへのアクセスができない場合があります。
  • Microsoft Teams に最近アップロードしたアイテムに一時的にアクセスできない場合があります。
  • ・Microsoft Security Center(MSC)および Security and Compliance Center(SCC)へのサインインに影響があり、ユーザーがポリシーを読み込む際に “リソースが見つかりません” というエラー メッセージが表示された可能性があります。
  • また、これらの他のシナリオとして、権限/ロール ベース アクセス コントロール(RBAC)のエラーが発生する可能性があります。
  • ・オンプレミスのメール フローでキューイングが発生した可能性もありますが、影響は最小限に抑えられているはずです。

現在、サービスの可用性について許容レベルに達し、広範なモニタリングにより、影響を受けていたすべての環境で、この問題が関われていることを確認しています。

なお、この問題の発生の要因となったアップデートの原因を分析し、問題の再発を防ぐとのことです。

  • ・More info : The following impact scenarios may have affected your users :
  • -Users may have been unable to access Outlook on the web.
  • -The search feature may have not worked in Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
  • -eDiscovery data may have been inaccessible for Exchange Online or Microsoft Teams.
  • -Uploaded files to Microsoft Teams may have been temporarily inaccessible.
  • -Microsoft Security Center (MSC) and Security and Compliance Center (SCC) sign in may have been impacted and users may have run into “Resource not found” errors when loading policies.
  • Additionally, other scenarios in those centers may have shown permissions/Role Based Access Control (RBAC) errors.
  • -On-premises mailflow could’ve caused queuing although impact should’ve been minimally impacting.
  • ・Final status : We’ve reached acceptable levels of service availability and confirmed via extensive monitoring that the the issue has been mitigated for all previously impacted environments.
  • ・Scope of impact : This issue could’ve affected any user attempting to access Outlook on the web or other Microsoft 365 services and features as listed in the more info section.
