・More info : While we’re working on a long term fix that will resolve this issue, users can manually re-deploy any checked-out solution packages in the tenant app catalog.
All users that have checked-out the solutions will need to be signed into the SharePoint Online service in order to begin the deployment.
Alternately, site collection owners can manually check-in the affected solution packages to resolve the issue with no additional users signed in.
If the deploy option doesn’t appear, the solution likely isn’t deployed tenant-wide.
However, users can update the solution package by downloading then re-uploading the package, or changing metadata to resolve the issue.
・Current status : We’ve successfully deployed the joblet that can be used to mitigate affected users.
We’re reaching out to some of the reported customers to verify that the joblet mitigates the impact.
In addition, we encourage affected users to contact a support engineer for assistance with running the joblet should they be encountering the issue.
The development of the long term fix to prevent users from encountering the issue is ongoing.
