  • ・User Impact : Users with solutions packages are unable to access some SharePoint Online sites, site features, and files.
  • ・More info : While we’re working on a long term fix that will resolve this issue, users can manually re-deploy any checked-out solution packages in the tenant app catalog.
  • All users that have checked-out the solutions will need to be signed into the SharePoint Online service in order to begin the deployment.
  • Alternately, site collection owners can manually check-in the affected solution packages to resolve the issue with no additional users signed in.
  • If the deploy option doesn’t appear, the solution likely isn’t deployed tenant-wide.
  • However, users can update the solution package by downloading then re-uploading the package, or changing metadata to resolve the issue.
  • ・Current status : We’ve successfully deployed the joblet that can be used to mitigate affected users.
  • We’re reaching out to some of the reported customers to verify that the joblet mitigates the impact.
