Microsoft が提供する Microsoft 365 のサービス正常性（SP345674）にて、一部の管理者が、クラシック UI の SharePoint 管理センター（”従来の SharePoint 管理センター”）にアクセスできないアドバイザリが発生しています。

本事象が発生しているユーザーは、以下の URL の の部分を変更してモダン UI の SharePoint 管理センター（”新しい SharePoint 管理センター”）にアクセスし、 [設定] 内の [既定の管理センター] – “新しい SharePoint 管理センター” に変更することで回避が行えます。

現在は、修正プログラムの展開が完了し、対象のインフラストラクチャーにて影響が改善されたことを確認しているとのことです。

なお、次回更新時までには展開が完了する予定となっており、徐々に影響を受けるテナントでの本事象が緩和する見込みです。

• ・More info : While we’re working on a long term fix that will resolve this issue, users can manually re-deploy any checked-out solution packages in the tenant app catalog.
• All users that have checked-out the solutions will need to be signed into the SharePoint Online service in order to begin the deployment.
• Alternately, site collection owners can manually check-in the affected solution packages to resolve the issue with no additional users signed in.
• If the deploy option doesn’t appear, the solution likely isn’t deployed tenant-wide.
• However, users can update the solution package by downloading then re-uploading the package, or changing metadata to resolve the issue.
• ・Current status : We’re continuing our efforts to develop a long term fix to prevent users from encountering this issue.
• In addition, we’re deploying a joblet that can be used to mitigate affected users.
• Affected users can continue to re-deploy any checked-out solution packages in the tenant app catalog.
