・”Microsoft Teams” のデスクトップクライアントおよびブラウザー版で新規ユーザーを検索しようとしている場合、対象ユーザーの検索が行えないことでエスカレーションが寄せられることが想定されます。
事象が発生しているユーザーには、対象ユーザーをメールアドレスで検索してもらい、事象が回避するよう案内しましょう。

A recent change to our Active Directory service introduced a regression affecting user search functionality, resulting in impact.

We’re continuing to reset the index for affected customers in stages.
The process has already been enabled for 50% of customers and will advance to 100% tomorrow.
Due to heavy system load and parallel processing, completion is expected by Monday, January 12, 2026.
Once complete, normal search functionality will be restored for impacted users.

We’ve identified that a recent change to our Active Directory service introduced a regression affecting user search functionality.
This change has been rolled back, and reindexing has been initiated for impacted customers.
We expect the index rebuild to complete within 48 hours, after which normal search functionality will be restored for impacted users.
