・iOS 向け “Microsoft Teams” を経由して “SharePoint Online” のリストへアクセスしようとしている場合、エラーメッセージ（Permission required – You do not have permission to open this file.）が返され、リストへアクセスできないことでエスカレーションが寄せられることが想定されます。
事象が発生しているユーザーには、リンク先の “SharePoint Online” のリストへアクセスする場合は “Microsoft Teams” のチャット上からリンクをコピーし、ブラウザーで開くことで回避するよう案内しましょう。
また、Windows などの Microsoft Teams デスクトップクライアントやブラウザー版などでアクセスすることでも回避できます。
・テナントの管理者ユーザーは “Microsoft 365 管理センター” 内の [サービス正常性] より、”TM1217690（https://admin.cloud.microsoft/#/servicehealth/history/:/alerts/TM1217690）” を定期的に確認することを推奨します。

Specifically, users attempting to access SharePoint lists through Teams on iOS may receive an access permissions error stating :
“Permission required – You do not have permission to open this file.”
While we’re focused on remediation, users on iOS can access the affected pages and list links by manually copying the impacted URLs from the Teams chat to open them elsewhere.
Additionally, users with access to alternative Microsoft Teams access methods such as the Microsoft Teams desktop client and web app can use these to avoid impact.

Scope of Impact

Any users attempting to access SharePoint lists through links shared on Microsoft Teams while on iOS may be impacted.
This information may be updated as our investigation continues.

A latent code issue is affecting the request flow leveraged for SharePoint Online list link access within Microsoft Teams on iOS, resulting in impact.

We’ve identified that a recent change to our Active Directory service introduced a regression affecting user search functionality.
This change has been rolled back, and reindexing has been initiated for impacted customers.
We expect the index rebuild to complete within 48 hours, after which normal search functionality will be restored for impacted users.
