【トラブルシューティング】作成した [ルール] にもとづいた通知メールが送付されない事象が発生中

Microsoft が提供する法人向け “Microsoft 365” のサービスにて、アドバイザリ “SP1216181（Users may not receive email notifications generated from the SharePoint Online Rules）” が発生していることを明らかにしています。

本アドバイザリの影響を受けている場合、作成した [ルール] にもとづいた通知メールが送付されない可能性があります。

なお、ユーザーは影響を受けた [ルール] と同じ設定の新規 [ルール] を作成することで影響を回避することができます。

事象の具体例

影響を受けているユーザーが “Word for the web”、”Excel for the web”、”PowerPoint for the web” 上の [コピーを作成する] のメニューからアイテムのコピーの作成を行うと “コピーを作成できませんでした… このファイルのコピーを作成中に問題が発生しました。しばらくしてから再度お試しください。” というエラーメッセージが返され、アイテムのコピーの作成が行えない場合があります。
なお、影響は断続的なものとなるため、再試行によりコピーの作成が成功することがあります。

管理者向け

・”Microsoft 365 for the web（Word for the web、Excel for the web、PowerPoint for the web）” 上で [コピーを作成する] の機能をりようするユーザーが多い運用環境の場合、コピーの作成が行えないことによりエスカレーションが寄せられることが想定されます。
事象が発生しているユーザーには、”OneDrive for Business” や “SharePoint Online” にアクセスしてアイテムの一覧から [コピー] を選択肢することで、コピーの作成を行うことができるため、回避策として案内しましょう。
・テナントの管理者ユーザーは “Microsoft 365 管理センター” 内の [サービス正常性] より、”OO1202986（https://admin.cloud.microsoft/#/servicehealth/history/:/alerts/OO1202986）” を定期的に確認することを推奨します。

エンドユーザー向けの回避策

“OneDrive for Business” や “SharePoint Online” にアクセスし、アイテムの一覧でコピー対象のアイテムを右クリックし、[コピー] を選択後、コピー先を指定して [ここにコピー]　を選択することで回避できます。

Users can create a new rule with the same settings as an affected rule to bypass the impact while we work to resolve this issue.

Scope of Impact

Any user expecting SharePoint Online rules email notifications may be affected.

Root cause

A recent deployment to the Word web experience introduced a compatibility issue between various Microsoft 365 for the web apps and is preventing the “Create a Copy” functionality from working as expected.

Current Status

A recent feature update contains a code error that’s preventing email notifications from generating as expected, resulting in impact.
