Microsoft が提供する Microsoft 365 のメッセージ センターにて、2021 年 3 月中旬から Microsoft Teams Pro のサービスの展開を発表しています。
なお、対象のサービスは、Microsoft 365 E3、Microsoft 365 E5、Microsoft 365 A3、Microsoft365 A5、Microsoft 365 Busiess Standard、Microsoft 365 Business Premium が対象となります。
順次、テナントに対して展開されていく予定となっており、対象となる上記のライセンスを持つ全てのユーザーが新機能を利用できるようになります。
Microsoft Teams とは？
Microsoft Teams は、 Microsoft 365 だけでなく、Microsoft Word や Microsoft Excel などでお馴染みの
家庭向け Microsoft 365 Personal に含まれる Microsoft の提供するコラボレーションツールになります。

（Updated）Announcing a new service plan, Teams Pro：MC238782
Updated February 12, 2021: Based on early feedback we have updated this post to provide additional clarity. Thank you for your feedback.
On Feb. 9, we published an MC post regarding a new Teams Pro service plan. To clarify, there is no change to existing product licenses with the addition of this new service plan. Rather, the service plan will be added automatically to Microsoft 365 and Office 365 E5/E3/A5/A3, and Microsoft 365 Business Standard/Business Premium licenses, and will enable users who are licensed for these SKUs to automatically receive capabilities rolling out to Teams in the near future. There is no action required by admins, and no additional purchase is necessary for Microsoft 365 and Office 365 E5/E3/A5/A3 and Microsoft 365 Business Standard/Business Premium licensed users to acquire the new Teams capabilities that will be part of the Teams Pro service plan.

How this will affect your organization
The new Teams service plan will enable users licensed for the applicable SKUs to receive forthcoming Teams capabilities.
What you need to do to prepare
No action required. By default, the Teams capabilities included in this service plan will become automatically available to all users with the licenses listed above. A an admin, you can turn it off and turn it on again for specific people.
Announcing a new service plan, Teams Pro：MC238782
You will soon see a new service plan, Teams Pro, available as part of your Microsoft 365 Office 365 and Microsoft 365 E5, E3, A5, A3, Business Standard, and Business Basic license.

With this new service plan, Teams is introducing new capabilities related to meeting intelligence and webinar capabilities.
What you need to do to prepare
By default, these new Teams capabilities are available to all users with the licenses listed above. As an admin, you can turn it off and turn it on again for specific people.
You may wish to make note of the new service plan, Teams Pro, for your records.
