Microsoft が提供する Microsoft 365 のサービス正常性（OD349030）にて、管理者ユーザーが Windows PowerShell にて、個人用サイト（OneDrive for Business）のプロビジョニングが行えないアドバイザーが発生していることを発表しています。

この問題は、最近のアップデートに問題のあるコードが含まれていたことにより発生していた問題となります。

なお、既にこの影響を軽減するために問題となるコードセットを無効にすることで改善していることを確認しています。

また、影響を受けたユーザーに対して個人用サイト（OneDrive for Business）をプロビジョニングするためには、管理者ユーザーが再度、Windows PowerShell のコマンドレットを実行する必要があります。

今後は、本事象が事前に検出できるように検証およびアップデートの手順を見直す予定とのことです。
